To gain access to Data Center World Brazil 2026, you will need to present:

• Your printed, personalized badge;

No. Your badge will be available in your purchase profile on the event’s official registration system once your payment has been approved. Simply log in to the portal using the email address and password you created, print the PDF file of your badge, and present it at the event entrance. 

At the event entrance, you will receive a plastic badge holder to hold your printed badge. It must remain visible at all times while you are attending the event. 

No. The badge is personal, issued in the holder’s name, and non-transferable; participants may be asked to present a photo ID to verify their identity.

No. Data Center World Brazil is an in-person event, and the presentations, panels, and conference will take place exclusively at São Paulo Expo in São Paulo, SP.

You can pick up your plastic badge holder at the event entrance. You will need to present:

Yes, there will be free shuttle vans connecting the event to Santos-Imigrantes Station (Green Line of the Metro) and Shopping Plaza Sul, running from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the days of the event.

The venue will feature a variety of dining options, including permanent locations for well-known brands, an on-site restaurant, and food trucks, ensuring comfort and variety for attendees. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.

The official event app will be available soon. Upon registration, participants will receive an email at their registered address containing a link and instructions for creating their login profile. This will allow them to: 

• Access the venue floor plan; 
• A list of exhibitors and their solutions; 
• Connecting and networking with other participants, suppliers, and event sponsors; 
• The conference schedule and more information about the panels and experts.

Only the “Congressista” ticket entitles you to a digital certificate of participation, which is issued after the event concludes, once you have completed the satisfaction survey sent via email. 

• Attire: Since this is a professional event, we recommend business casual attire and comfortable shoes so you can make the most of it. Attendees wearing sports team jerseys, tank tops, shorts, or flip-flops will not be admitted. 
• Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for properly certified guide dogs. 
• Minors: As this is a business event, the minimum age for participation is 18. 
• Registration: Only properly registered participants will be allowed to attend the event.

Yes, São Paulo Expo has motorized wheelchairs, access ramps, and elevators serving all areas, including the booths. If you need to use a motorized wheelchair, please request one at the event entrance. 

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, customers may cancel a ticket purchase made electronically within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided they have not used the access and/or benefits purchased. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in person.
